We are a small family run business opening our doors in July 2018, we renovated the previous Marina cafe into a fish and chips shop. We had a generous knowledge of hospitality and catering knowledge, however fish and chips was new to us. We always enjoyed fish and chips when visiting different areas around the UK, this was where our passion for the good old British classic was born. We have put extensive research and training into perfecting our award winning fish and chips, something we pride ourselves in is always striving to improve. We are proud to ensure all of our team have access to regular training and are always unto date with industry news and changes.
We have very strong values in ensuring we only purchase the most sustainable, highest quality raw ingredients we can to make the nations favourite dish. Our fish is always responsibly sourced from fishing areas with the upmost care from being caught to being served to you. We can trace every piece of fish back to the trawler, area and date caught. We believe strongly in sustainable fishing practices.
